7:11pm.  When I say the name of this flower I do it as if I were a Southern belle.  Just like our sweet, gentle South Carolina girl Gram might....  buh.Gohn.yeh.  Oh sweet stars above, I love these pretty ladies.  My bright orange buh.Gohn.yehs. 

an aside

This post is my 103rd!  Somehow I managed to let the major milestone that is the 100th post pass without comment.... which is, in itself, a comment on my lifestyle.  Anyway, back to my point... because there was a point.... oh yes. 

On this momentous 103rd post I have a word of advice:  Do not spill "Gelatin enriched. Acetone for natural nails. Strenthening Nail Polish Remover." on your eyeglasses.  Especially if those eyeglasses are in the least bit acrylic.  And especially if you would rather not wear eyeglasses whose frames look to have slightly melted and turned to smoke. 

Just take my word for it.
